2. These Terms of Use are addressed to Consumers and specify the rules and procedure for entering into a Distance Sale Agreement with a Consumer through the Shop.
1. Consumer - a natural person entering into an agreement with the Seller within the framework of the Shop, the subject of which is not directly related to that person’s business or professional activity.

Distance Agreement - an agreement concluded with the Customer through an organized system for concluding distance agreements (within the framework of the Shop), without simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with an exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication, until the moment of concluding the agreement, inclusive.
7. Terms of Use -these Terms of Use of the Online Shop.
8. Order - the Customer''s declaration of will submitted via the Order Form and aimed directly at entering into a Product Sale Agreement with the Seller.
9. Order Form - an interactive form available in the Shop that allows the Customer to place an Order, in particular, by adding Products to the Shopping Cart and defining terms of a Sale Agreement, including delivery and payment methods.
10. Shopping Cart - an element of the Shop''s software in which Products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible and where it is also possible to set out and modify Order data, in particular, a quantity of products.
11. Product - a movable item/service available at the Shop which is the subject of a Sale Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
12. Sale Agreement - a Product sale agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Shop. A Sale Agreement also means, depending on characteristics of a Product - an agreement for provision of services and a contract for specific work.

To use the Shop, including to view the Shop''s assortment and place Orders for Products, you need:
1. The Seller is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any disruptions in operations of the Shop caused by force majeure, unlawful actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Online Shop and the Customer''s technical infrastructure.
2. No Account is required to view the Shop’s assortment. The Customer may place orders for Products included in the Shop''s assortment having created an Account pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of the Terms of Use or without creating the Account, by providing necessary personal and address details that enable the Shop to execute the Order.
3. Prices provided in the Shop are in EURO (EUR) and are gross prices (they include VAT).
To place an Order, you should:

1. The Sale Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded once the Customer has placed an Order using the Order Form in the Online Shop, according to Section 6 of the Terms of Use.
2. After the Order has been placed, the Seller shall immediately confirm its receipt and, at the same time, accept the Order for execution. Confirmation of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution shall be made by the Seller by sending a relevant email at an address provided at the time of placing the Order, which email shall contain at least the Seller''s statement on the receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution as well as confirmation of conclusion of the Sale Agreement. Upon receipt of the above email by the Customer, the Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement for convenience within 14 days.
2. The time limit specified in Paragraph 1 starts running upon delivery of the Product to the Consumer or a person designated thereby other than a carrier.
3. In the case of an Agreement that covers many Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the time limit specified in Paragraph 1 runs from delivery of the last item, batch or part.
4. In the case of an Agreement that consists in regular deliveries of Products for a specified period of time (subscription), the time limit specified in Paragraph 1 runs from taking possession of the first item.
5. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by providing a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the declaration before the expiry of that time limit.
6. The declaration may be sent via traditional mail by sending it to the Seller’s address - the Seller''s contact details are specified in Section 3. The declaration may also be submitted using the form a template of which is attached as Appendix 1 to these Terms of Use and an Appendix to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, but it is not mandatory.
7. If the Consumer sends the declaration electronically, the Seller will immediately send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt of the declaration on withdrawal from the Agreement provided by the Consumer.
8. Consequences of Withdrawal from the Agreement:

6. The Seller will take a stance on the claim forthwith, and where the Customer is a Consumer - not later than within 14 days. If the Customer is a Consumer and the Seller fails to take a stance on the claim within 14 days, it is considered the Seller has considered the Customer’s claim justified.
